1. Service Description

BidBeam is a contract discovery tool that aggregates publicly available government procurement data from SAM.gov (the System for Award Management). BidBeam is a discovery and notification service — it is not a contracting service, a government agency, or a representative of any government entity.

BidBeam does not submit bids on your behalf, guarantee contract awards, or provide legal or procurement advice.

2. Data Disclaimer

Contract data displayed on BidBeam is aggregated from public sources, primarily SAM.gov. BidBeam makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any contract listings. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

BidBeam is not liable for missed deadlines, failed bids, or any business decisions made based on data displayed on the platform. Always verify contract details directly on SAM.gov before acting on any listing.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. BidBeam uses magic link authentication — login links are sent to your email and are valid for 15 minutes.

One account per person. You may not share accounts or allow others to use your account. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.

5. Free Tier

BidBeam offers a free tier with access to limited search results (up to 5 visible results per search). No credit card is required to use the free tier. Free tier access may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Subscription Terms

BidBeam Pro is available at $29/month, billed monthly via Stripe. The Pro plan includes unlimited search results and daily email alerts.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your Pro access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

BidBeam reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

BidBeam owns all rights to the platform, including its design, codebase, search algorithms, and interface. Government contract data sourced from SAM.gov is in the public domain.

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any portion of the BidBeam platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BidBeam is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BidBeam and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.

This includes but is not limited to: missed contract deadlines, lost business opportunities, incorrect data, service outages, or any business decision made in reliance on BidBeam data.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

BidBeam may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and emailing arcadelogicllc@gmail.com.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

BidBeam may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
